Expedited Shipping:
$24.95 for all orders
All packages will be shipped Monday through Friday within the continental U.S (the contiguous 48 states).
Allow two (2) to eight (8) business days to receive your order using Standard Shipping, or (1) to (3) business days using expedited shipping. Standard shipping orders will ship via Federal Express (“FedEx”) Home Delivery shipping service or USPS Priority mail. Books may ship via USPS media mail. Expedited orders will ship via Federal Express 2 day Home Delivery. You can track your packages through the confirmation email that is sent to you after the order is shipped. All packages shipped have delivery confirmation numbers. There are some tracking capabilities but the primary purpose for a delivery confirmation is to let us know the date and time you receive your package.
All packages valued over $200 will require a signature for delivery. Please make sure you have any packages valued over $200 shipped to a location where the package can be signed for upon receipt.
Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
All orders will be shipped within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours after the order is placed. Vitamin Discount Center will make every attempt to ship complete orders. In the event we do not have all of the items ordered in stock and we can not obtain the missing items in a timely manner, we will ship the items we have and indicate that a portion of your order was out of stock. We ask that you please re-order the out of stock items at a later date as many times our inability to ship certain products is due to manufacturer shortages.After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and also will be emailed to you. You can also use this confirmation email to track your shipment through the FedEx system after your order is shipped (for orders shipped via FedEx only). Please print and file the order confirmation and/or save the email for your records.If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship.We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
