It took me 2 sleepless nights to figure out that these vitamins were keeping me awake. These vitamins contain 312 mg of "Perfect Weight Antioxidant, Immune and Metabolism Blend" which contains white, green and black tea extracts. I will continue to use them, but will only take 2 only in the morning instead of 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner.

I first tried Vitamin Code for Women 50 & Wiser for women & I noticed a difference in a few days. I had more natural energy, I say natural because it wasn't like hyper energy. I then graduated to the Vitamin Code Perfect Weight & I alternate between the two. If you're looking for instant weight loss then these are not for you. If you are looking for a way to shed some extra pounds you have accumulated along the way, slowly but surely plus exercise then this is for you. But regardless of the weight issue, the fact is these are great vitamins. I don't have any side effects I take 3 on an empty stomach each morning & I'm set for the day. Try them what do you have to lose ?

The only multi I would bother withNov 13, 2009
The ingredients are raw and food-based, it's well-balanced, and has enzymes and a weight control ingredients. I can't say I can directly attribute high energy levels, disappearance of my allergies and asthma, and loss of stubborn fat to this product, because I have been steadily improving my diet since before I started taking it, but those things are happening.

I finally found a vitamin that doesn't give me a yucky dragged own feeling , every vitamin i have ever purchased contains ingredients i'm allergic to , (wheat corn soy) this product has no allergens , and i have been having increased stamina on this product.

They really do make a difference!Nov 15, 2008
I am a single mother of 2, working full time, and I absolutely believe in this product. I am going from up from sun-up to sun-down. I can keep moving throughout the day without having a "crash and burn" midday. It has helped my stress level as well. I didn't feel a difference right away, it did take a few weeks. I just feel better and I maintain my ideal weight.
