It really helps my mom. She is 89 and her skin is very paper thin on her arms and can tear very easily. When she takes these regularly, it really helps prevent that and strengthen her skin.

Seems to boost immune system, tooJun 16, 2008
I'm a very skeptical person by nature, but I've been using the Skin Eternal serum and tablets for about a year now, and I am pretty sure that the formula has been not only helping my skin look good, but also boosting my immune system. I take these for my "multivitamin" moreso than to improve my skin, and I'm very happy. I've somehow evaded 6 or 7 colds and viruses that my better-half has caught, and that is very different than the way things used to be. I can't claim it's because of the Skin Eternal stuff, but on the chance that the holistic doctors out there are right, I'll keep taking it. It *does* seem to work. (Weil and Perricone are the names I'm thinking of.)

I have terrible dry skin, almost eczema that I have to slough off everyday. When I take this, the dry skin goes away and my skin becomes very soft. When I stop taking it the dry skin returns. I don't know what it would do for those with oily skin, but if you have severely dry skin, this helps alot.

My sister who uses this product told me I should be using it too. We're both over 40 and need alittle extra. Well I must say it was good advice. This pill on a daily basis (I take 2 daily) along with my daily skin regimen (cleaning and a moisturizer) has improved my skin more so than just the skin regimen.
Its one of the few vitamins I take on a daily basis that I don't plan on ever stoppong. It took 6 weeks to see real difference but its there. I started getting asked what was I doing to look better. I really like the additional softness to my skin. i can't explain it more than that except to say try these. Give them time to work and you should see a difference.

After watching a PBS special with a famous dermatologist, who's name escapes at the moment, I was convinced of the benefits of specific ingredients, including alpha lipoic acid and c-esters (not ester-C) for their anti-aging properties and overall health benefits. His products were very expensive. I discovered this product and it has nearly the same formula.
I have noticed a definite difference in my skin tone, energy levels, and a reversal of other "age related" problems. There is NO HGH, only beneficial antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and other helpful ingredients.
