This works for anxiety and stressMay 04, 2010
I did not believe it would work when I first heard about it. A patient gave me a bottle and I reluctantly took it. I was shocked at how calm I was.
There are times that this works when nothing else will.
My patients love it too. It is hard to convince people to try it, but once they do, the are converts for life.
I also recommend Rescue remedy sleep. It helps your mind stop racing at night. Many patients have told me it knocked them right out at bedtime. That goes to show you how stressed they were.
