This is a miracle cream. It completely eliminated my hot flashes after about 2 weeks of regular use. Whenever I stop using it, they come right back, but using Pro-Gest keeps them under control.
Amazon's price is much better (more than half price) of what I paid for this produce when I purchased it at a health food store.

I feel like a new woman! This cream has been a God send. I actually look forward to that time of the month when i can start using it again. The cream does not have an offensive aroma and is reasonably priced. Also, love that it is paraben free. Ordering it online saved heaps of money too vs going into my local health food store.

Like nearly all the other reviewers here, I am in my 40's (45) and have been struggling for the past year or so with peri-menopausal symptoms: headaches, serious mood swings, very low energy, foggy brain, mild hot flashes, weight gain (mostly due to lack of exercise and eating to self-medicate). I tried a vitamin-flax oil-calcium combo, and it helped mitigate some symptoms, but it wasn't until I starting using this product that I started to feel like my old self again. I did quite a bit of reading, talked to my gynecologist, and finally decided that possibly I had estrogen dominance, and thought certainly it wouldn't hurt to try progesterone cream.
It made such a huge difference, I couldn't believe it. The worst aspects of my symptoms--mood swings and lethargy associated with ovulation and PMS were reduced to such an extent, I was able to resume my fitness routine, and I could take some real action about my food cravings. I waited until the next couple of months just to make sure what I was experiencing wasn't just a placebo effect (that would inevitably go away) but it has been just as effective since the first month I used it.
This month, I have started to experience some breakthrough bleeding, and am hoping that I can tweak how I am using the cream to resolve this, because in truth I absolutely do not want to stop using this product. It's been a genuine lifesaver for me.

A great product that helps with menopause symptoms. I can buy it at lower price than my local health food store.

I am 27. I have always had very irregular periods and wonky PMS. After getting off yasmin, my period did not come at all for 5 months. I started using the Emerita cream twice daily, and my period started about 3 days later. I still had bad PMS (moody, tired, headache, cramps), but my period started, so I count it as a win here. My friend said I might have lost a few pounds after using this cream, but I honestly didn't notice any weight loss.
