Peppermint capsules arrived quickly. No drastic change in IBS symptoms but may be making a difference.

I bought these to assist in some abdominal issues I was having, related to IBS. I think they're helping out, not really sure, as I've worked on changing my diet and am also taking Align probiotic. I will say that they for whatever help to clear my head with some sinus congestion I've been experiencing. I usually take them about a half hour after I eat, and I can tell when they work when I feel relaxed. Not sure if this is one of the things they do, but it works for me!

I found this to be good for calming my stomach. I like to use them in the afternoon, expecailly ones that really drag out. They are also nice to bring to the gym. sometimes, they stick together in the bottle but I just bang them on the counter or wall and they are fine for another week or so.

I've used Enteric Peppermint capsules for many years. I started right after I was diagnosed with IBS. These really help. I use them now when I'm gasy.

My wife began suffering from IBS about six months ago. She has had a lot of difficulty in finding a medication that could help her. Not only was the medication minimal in treating the symptoms, the side effects were very difficult to handle.
So I began looking into alternative solutions and ran across this product. According to the reviews it seems to have helped a lot of people. Unfortunately, this was not the case for my wife.
She began by taking two pills a day. Each time she took a pill she actually experienced an IBS attack about an hour later. The product seems to be having the opposite of the intended effect.
