Best St. John's Wort so far...May 18, 2009 I've taken many different kinds of St. John's Wort during the last several years with different results. Most helped with mood elevation, although far, far too many gave me significant stomach pain. This particular product, made by a good company, provides mood elevation with no stomach pain at all for me or my daughter. Also, it's great to be able to take one tablet rather than the 3 tablets/capsules per day usually required to to obtain the minimal clinical dose.
