Garlic is great for helping ward off colds, etc. What I love about Kyolic is there's never any aftertaste or garlic burps, and no garlic breath that one gets with the garlic oil capsules. Take 4 or 5 when you feel something coming on and don't worry about any side effects.

I have used this product for a couple of years now and I can say that I have not been disapointed. This stuff knocks out infections easily. I first bought it for a sinus infection and it QUICKLY got rid of it. Now I take it at the first sign of a cold, sinus infection or when someone in work is sick. This stuff is great!
