 It Works IF YOU WORK OUT !! Otherwise NOT !!Aug 05, 2008
I have read hundred Reviews and decided to try this. I'm on my second week. Honestly, I'm NOT losing weight, instead I GAINED Weight but don't get me wrong, the weight is from my MUSCLE NOT FAT !!
You MUST work out and eat less otherwise Hydroxycut does NOTHING !
So in my opinion, Hydroxycut only gives you Power couple hours and use it to work out. If you think this is diet pill, you WRONG ! it will not help you anything if you do nothing. Good Work out and good diet and you will see the result fast.
CONS: Like other reviews, your breath will STINK !!, it makes your face more ACNEs
If you take these pills, make sure you drink A LOT ! its burning and bad for your liver/heart.

Many users elsewhere on the Web have reported that the Hydroxycut line is ineffective though used according to instructions. Documented side effects of Hydroxycut include elevated blood pressure, heart palpitations, dizziness, strangely-colored stools, and seizures requiring hospitalization. Before taking this product, you should probably consult with a doctor and determine whether or not you are at risk.

I've used Redline and Lipo 6x before but HH is by far the best. I'm a competitive powerlifter so I do my research before I start taking any kind of supplement. I lost 20 lbs in a month and a half and i feel amazing. A few draw backs are that it may keep you awake at night and it may cause nausea especially if you don't drink the required amount of water. Although these side effects may seem a little serious, the results are well worth it!

I have dieted since I was a teenager. 20 + years. I maintained while on them, gained as soon as I gave up. In the past few years I gave up on hoping. Then I heard about this. I figured I had tried so many things, one more would not hurt. I was 385 lbs. I could barely move so exercise was out of the question. I got tired just walking acrossed the room.
Its been 18 weeks since I started this diet. I did cut way back on my calories. I have many times before. But this time it worked without me being hungry. The hydroycut helped with that like nothing I have tried before. I have energy when I take it too. I feel so giddy even. I call it my happy drug. I want to go places and do things instead of sit on the couch moaning about how I hurt.
At weeks into it I have lost 51 pounds. That is without any real exercise. I still live a very sedetary life. I just CAN move now. I can get off that couch without help! I can walk without pain! I have no trouble maintaining my 1600 calories a day diet now. In fact, I find it hard to get hungry enough to eat that much a lot of days.
I have not noticed headaches or bowel problems or any of that some mention here. I do once in awhile feel sick to my stomach. But I have discovered that happens when I eat things with butter or particularly fatty things after taking the hydroxycut. What this is done is taught me that I do not need so much butter on my popcorn. Which in turn stopped the sick feeling from happening.
I have dropped down from 385 to 334 pounds in 18 weeks! Thats this and diet. No exercise! Now that I am feeling better I can start that exercise. Imagine what my next 18 weeks could be like! I never dropped a single pound in my life. For that happy feeling alone this is a wonderful item.
I can however note that I got my father to try it to help with his diet. He got some chest pains from it. So decided it was not for him. I guess side effects must just very by the person. So its something to try. But may not be for everyone.
I hope it works for you like it did for me!

I purchased this item to help me shed the remaining fat from my body and get myself to a healthy fighting shape. I am about halfway through the bottle right now and I'm down roughly 5 pounds, and look leaner than I ever have before. I do not take the maximum dosage, as that just seems excessive to me. 4 pills a day, rather than 6. It keeps my energy level up, and I seem to metabolize food a little better/faster. If you couple this product with an exercise routine consisting of both cardio and resistance training, you WILL see results faster than you thought.
While it does seem a little gimmicky at first sight, I can vouch for it, and would recommend it to those of you who can actually stick to a routine and not believe in some "miracle" pill. If you're taking it just because you think this product can end your woes of being overweight, think again. There's not a pill to cure laziness. This is merely a /supplement/, not an end all, be all!
