 Greens First should be first for you each morningMar 05, 2010
This is a great product. When I don't eat the right things (like when I completely carb out), Greeens First is my back-up. Energy booster too!

While visiting with a friend, I told her how sluggish I'd felt. She got up, went to a box and pulled out a container of Greens First and INSISTED I take it home and begin immediately! She went on & on about how she adds various supplements to the juice and can't even detect them! I went home, tried the drink and WOW! within an hour I had a wonderful boost of energy! The next day I thought..."I'm going to add my powdered spirulina (which I accidentally bought in powder form and had no clue how I would get it down!) and see if I can taste it!" And you know what? Couldn't taste it! The only downfall is the cost plus shipping. I can't seem to find it anywhere locally and the one place I did find it, it was the same cost as buying online. I love juicing fresh fruits & veggies but when it's inconvenient I grab my Greens First (I keep it in the fridge)!!! Always convenient and always a wonderful burst of energy to get you through the day :)

Gave this a try because of it's health benefits. I have no trouble getting it down because I know it's good for me but I can't say I look forward to drinking it. A little gritty, but overall not bad.

Good tasting greens - nice minty flavor. (Unlike some of the competition that can be very hard to drink.)

Not the best tasting stuff, but if you mix it with chocolate Soy or Whey powder it does help. I definitely gives me a boost of energy, I can tell when I do not take it as I do not have the same amount of energy. I would recommened mixing it with something as mixing it with just water or milk/soy is rather nasty.
