Just okayJul 26, 2010 Curamin didn't work for me as well as other people raved about. I had to take Ibuprophen after taking Curamin to get any relief.
Helped meJun 16, 2010 I was given two sample packs in the health food store. I have been having severe back pain and I was told to take three at first. It really seemed to help and I will be ordering a bottle. I didn't think a natural product would work, but this did.

It works very well for me.Mar 23, 2010 I am unable to take ibuprofen, and can only take coated aspirin in small, occasional doses. Tylenol, at the rate I would require it, would make me uneasy about possible liver damage. This product relieves pain quickly and absolutely reduces my inflammation. I have a rotator cuff injury following a fall which resulted in a fractured arm. I've done physical therapy, still do my exercises, but it still flares up, especially when bad weather is coming. So Curamin is amazing for me. It is also easy on my digestive system and the added benefit is that studies report turmeric is helpful in preventing cancer.
Pleasantly SurprisedJan 23, 2010 I tried Curamin because I have a chronic condition that needs pain relief on a pretty regular schedule, and I was tired of making my liver work to process Tylenol. I was impressed with the Curamin. It won't completely displace Tylenol in my medicine cabinet, but I will reach for it for milder bouts of pain.
I took Curamin to ease abdominal pain and also for a migraine. The Curamin worked as advertised on mild abdominal pain. Later, when the pain was more severe, the Curamin took the edge off it, enough that I could use a heating pad to ease the rest of it. The Curamin was not effective against the migraine at all.
Depending on the type and severity of the pain, Curamin might be well worth a try for you, too.
success for chronic inflamationOct 25, 2009 This seemed to work for me with chronic osteoarthritis.
I have tried other natural products based on capsacin with little results.
I can only speak for myself, this has helped me be more active by reducing inflamation.
There is research to back this up.
