Just okayNov 21, 2009 Taste is fair. I went through the box, but haven't ordered more. I decided to get extra fiber from other sources.

NastyOct 05, 2007 This product has a horrible initial taste and an after-taste that lingers on and on. My wife and I were unable to finish even one bar.

aren't starving..the high protein, high fiber combination keeps
you satisfied. Not sweet, so if you are looking for a "treat" this
isn't it, but as part of a food plan it is a great snack or meal
